Ledgewater Studio is a small studio on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region: two photographers, one studio with a north-facing window, and a habit of arriving early to watch the light come up over the water.
We photograph around thirty weddings a year and keep the rest of the calendar for elopements, families and portraits. Keeping the number small means every gallery gets edited by hand, by the people who were there.
Our style is quiet. We direct when it helps and step back when it does not, because the photographs people keep for decades are rarely the posed ones.
